Our company is a part of the legacy of Empire Stores and was originally incorporated in 1964. A family owned company, the business has traversed through decades of change and adapted to the times.

The main areas of business were always liquor, tobacco and FMCG goods. With the opening of the Indian economy in 1991 the company started importing FMCG products. The key areas of focus were distribution and marketing with the operations spread out in the entire North India.
